We are the official supplier of Black Wall Street clothing. Most orders ship within 7-10 business days. If your order has not been shipped in this time frame, please contact us to see if there is a holdup with your order.

Here are some things that could cause a backup with orders:

1) A back-order of a particular product
2) An incomplete address given by the customer
3) An incorrect size selected by the customer
4) An unreasonable color selected by the customer (for instance, black tee with black logo)

If we contact you about your order, PLEASE open the email and respond so that your order is processed quickly and successfully. If we cannot contact you about your order and we fill the order as it states, we are not responsible for the mistakes selected by the customer.

Common Mistakes:

*Over 50% of customers who select SMALL do it by mistake. Please double-check your order and ensure that your size is correct.

*Over 25% of customers who order a customized hoody or shirt accidentally select at least 1 incorrect color. For instance, a white hoody with orange, blue, and white logos. White logos will not appear on a white hoody. Please order CAREFULLY!

*Many female customers accidentally order clothing from the Mens section and assume that a baby doll tee will be shipped. We ONLY ship the orders as they appear on paper; we cannot assume that you intended to order something different. We appreciate ALL of our customers, so please make sure your order is correct so we can keep our loyal customers!
